Our Pastor

Pastor Napoleon Cajipe

Pastor Napoleon “Nap” Cajipe serves as the Pastor of Asia Grace Baptist Church (AGBC). He previously ministered to the Filipino congregation of Lighthouse Baptist Church Singapore, which was later organised into an independent, fundamental, Bible-believing Baptist church now known as AGBC. He completed his theological studies at Lighthouse Baptist Church Singapore under the leadership and tutelage of the late Pastor Ramaiah Vatha Selvanayagam, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Theology and a Master of Divinity from Trinity Baptist Seminary, Mercedes, Texas, USA.

Beyond his pastoral role, Pastor Nap is a licensed marriage solemniser in Singapore, a marriage counsellor, a conference speaker, administrator of Trinity Baptist Seminary Singapore, and Dean for Trinity Baptist Seminary in Asia. He is married to Sister Celeste Cajipe, and together they are blessed with three children — Euell, Klint, and Chloe.

Deacons

Deacon Aldrich Mercado

Deacon Aldrich serves as a Song Leader and is an active member of the Music Ministry, Choir, and Soulwinning Ministry, together with his wife, Sister Jelay Mercado. He is presently enrolled in Trinity Baptist Seminary for his theological studies. He and his family are also preparing to serve as missionaries to Fiji, faithfully following where the Lord leads.

Deacon Gilbert Felipe

Deacon Gilbert has been a member of AGBC since the church began in 2017 and currently serves as a missionary to Singapore. He leads the Saturday Service Ministry and, together with his wife Sister Kristine Felipe and their son Samuel, actively serves in the Soulwinning, Choir, Music, Cleaning, and Ushering Ministries. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Theology from Trinity Bible Baptist Seminary.

Deacon Werner Salazar

Deacon Werner and his wife, Sister Kristine Salazar, have been part of AGBC since its founding in 2016. He preaches at the Sunday School Service and is also a graduate of Trinity Baptist Seminary with a Bachelor’s Degree in Theology. Additionally, he serves in the Soulwinning and Programs Ministry, and shares his musical abilities through the Musicians’ Ministry.
