Today’s devotion reflects on God’s grace as unspeakable, incomprehensible, unfathomable, and truly amazing. When we see God’s grace this way in our lives, it deserves to be shared. So, friends, the challenge for every believer is to go and spread the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ!

𝑻𝒉𝒆𝒏 𝒔𝒂𝒊𝒅 𝑱𝒆𝒔𝒖𝒔 𝒂𝒈𝒂𝒊𝒏 𝒖𝒏𝒕𝒐 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒎, 𝑰 𝒈𝒐 𝒎𝒚 𝒘𝒂𝒚, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒚𝒆 𝒔𝒉𝒂𝒍𝒍 𝒔𝒆𝒆𝒌 𝒎𝒆, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒔𝒉𝒂𝒍𝒍 𝒅𝒊𝒆 𝒊𝒏 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒔𝒊𝒏𝒔: 𝒘𝒉𝒊𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓 𝑰 𝒈𝒐, 𝒚𝒆 𝒄𝒂𝒏𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒆. 𝑻𝒉𝒆𝒏 𝒔𝒂𝒊𝒅 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑱𝒆𝒘𝒔, 𝑾𝒊𝒍𝒍 𝒉𝒆 𝒌𝒊𝒍𝒍 𝒉𝒊𝒎𝒔𝒆𝒍𝒇? 𝒃𝒆𝒄𝒂𝒖𝒔𝒆 𝒉𝒆 𝒔𝒂𝒊𝒕𝒉, 𝑾𝒉𝒊𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓 𝑰 𝒈𝒐, 𝒚𝒆 𝒄𝒂𝒏𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒆.

No matter how clearly, we present the Gospel, some people either do not understand it or refuse to accept it. Jesus Christ faced the same indifference to His message, and we encounter it today. When the Gospel is ignored, we feel that same frustration.

The Lord Jesus Christ reminds these individuals that He will depart from them, making it impossible for them to follow Him. They have had many missed opportunities because God’s grace was already offered. Their constant arguments and disputes with the Lord led them to abandon the chance for salvation.

Remember, when Christ presents that incredible opportunity, don’t let it slip away. It is not always available, and once missed, it rarely returns. So, for the unbeliever: if salvation knocks on your heart’s door, grasp it by faith! The Bible urges us to pursue salvation today if we have not yet met the Lord.

𝐈𝐬𝐚𝐢𝐚𝐡 𝟓𝟓:𝟔 instructs, “𝔖𝔢𝔢𝔨 𝔶𝔢 𝔱𝔥𝔢 𝔏𝔒ℜ𝔇 𝔴𝔥𝔦𝔩𝔢 𝔥𝔢 𝔪𝔞𝔶 𝔟𝔢 𝔣𝔬𝔲𝔫𝔡, 𝔠𝔞𝔩𝔩 𝔶𝔢 𝔲𝔭𝔬𝔫 𝔥𝔦𝔪 𝔴𝔥𝔦𝔩𝔢 𝔥𝔢 𝔦𝔰 𝔫𝔢𝔞𝔯.” To seek the Lord means to follow God’s path. Jesus declared, “𝐈 𝐠𝐨 𝐌𝐘 𝐰𝐚𝐲,” highlighting a fundamental conflict between humanity and Christ. This reflects the essential divide between Christ’s teachings and human ways and will.

I remember explaining that good works do not earn salvation. The person asked, “Seriously, just believe the Gospel and I will be saved?” I replied, “Yes, ma’am.” She was surprised she didn’t have to earn it. I explained that we don’t earn salvation because Christ died in our place and paid for the forgiveness of sins. That is called GRACE!

In our text, the Lord Jesus told these people, “Ye cannot come.” God’s holiness prevents sinners from approaching Him because darkness has no fellowship with light. Sin must be punished. The penalty for sin must be paid, because God is just. If you die without Christ, you cannot enter Heaven, for God cannot allow sin in His presence.

To receive eternal life, one must be born again. The Jews misunderstood Jesus’ message and thought He was speaking of suicide. Today, many still struggle to understand the Lord’s free gift of salvation. If you are saved, we are called to reach out and lead at least one person to Jesus. Will you go, even if people reject the Gospel? As believers, our answer must be, “Yes, I will go!”
